This Service Provider Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between HomePost Rentals and independent address hosts (“Providers”) who receive, handle and forward mail on behalf of HomePost customers.
Providers are independent contractors, not employees of HomePost. Providers agree to receive customer mail at their approved address, follow HomePost’s handling procedures, and use the HomePost dashboard to log intake, scanning, forwarding and disposal.
Providers must complete identity verification, background checks where applicable, and USPS Form 1583 notarisation for each customer assigned to their address. Providers must maintain a safe, secure and accessible mail-handling location.
Providers commit to same-business-day intake logging, timely scanning per customer preferences, careful package handling, and secure storage. Repeated failures to meet service levels may result in reduced assignments or termination.
Providers must treat all customer mail as confidential. Providers may not open mail unless the customer requests scanning of contents, and must not disclose customer information to third parties.
HomePost pays Providers per the compensation schedule shown in the Provider dashboard, based on active customers, mail volume and forwarding activity. Payouts are made on a monthly basis.
Providers are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance for their premises. Providers indemnify HomePost against claims arising from negligent handling, unauthorised disclosure, or breach of this Agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement on 30 days’ written notice. HomePost may terminate immediately for material breach, safety concerns, or loss of required verification. On termination, Providers must cooperate with the orderly transfer of customer mail.
