Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 7, 2026

Your privacy is fundamental to what we do. This Privacy Policy explains what information HomePost Rentals collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to our websites, apps and mail services.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide (name, contact details, government ID for address verification, payment details) and information generated by using our service (mail metadata, scans, forwarding history, device and log data).

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to operate the service, verify identity, process mail and payments, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and improve HomePost. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing With Service Providers

Local address hosts, payment processors, shipping carriers and infrastructure vendors process data on our behalf under contract. They may only use your information to deliver the service you requested.

4. Mail Confidentiality

Only authorised personnel handle your mail. Scans are stored encrypted at rest and transmitted over TLS. Chain-of-custody procedures apply from intake to forwarding or shredding.

5. Data Retention

We retain account and mail records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal, tax and audit requirements. You may request deletion where permitted by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

7. International Transfers

We may transfer information across borders to operate the service. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
